Once we receive your booking we will send you a confirmation email and an invoice with our bank details. A 20% deposit is due within 7 days and the balance is due sixty days prior to departure.
When we reconfirm, we will send you a comprehensive tour welcome pack. This will include passenger and vehicle forms which will need to be returned to us. We provide a list of recommended camping equipment, food, clothing and vehicle spares that we think will assist you in planning.
